How does your check-in/check-out process work?

We have self-check-in for all Holiday Homes. That means that you will either receive a lockbox code which will be located at the entrace of the property or there is a key pick up point from a nearby key holding shop. Check-in is available anytime from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest. You will receive all check-in instructions 24 hours before check-in.

Do you collect a security deposit?

No, enjoy a hassle-free stay with no security deposit required! Simply complete a brief check-in form and provide a photo ID prior to arrival for a seamless check-in experience.

What is your refund policy?

Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the check-in date.

50% Refund: Cancellations made between 8 and 14 days before the check-in date.

No Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or less before the check-in date.

Do you accept long-term or corporate bookings?
